When your schedule doesn’t allow you to host an Open House, I provide a warm, welcoming presence that represents your brand with professionalism and care. I will: -Arrive early to help prepare the home (lights, tidying, staging touch-ups). -Greet guests warmly at the door. -Provide your flyers and marketing materials. -Maintain a professional presence throughout the event. -Close up afterward — turning off lights, locking up, and ensuring the home is secure. While I am not a licensed Real Estate agent and cannot answer specific questions about the property or transaction, I ensure every visitor feels welcomed. I greet guests at the door, provide your brochures or flyers with all the property details, and create a comfortable environment for buyers to explore at their own pace and encourage them to reach out to you directly for more details. I help maintain a polished, professional atmosphere so your listing gets the attention it deserves, even when you can’t be there.
