Service Description
As your dedicated Open House Assistant, I handle all the behind the scenes details so you can focus on your clients and your listings. I arrive early to the open house to prepare the home for a welcoming and professional showing experience every time, as well as showing up after the open house to ensure everything is cleaned up and secured! Setup Services Include: -Food & Beverage Setup: Option 1: Setting up light refreshments, snacks, and beverages brought by Realtor to create a welcoming environment for guests. Option 2: Pick up preordered trays and shop for snacks and beverages. Then arriving to the property to set up. Additional fee of $15 will be added for travel & will provide receipts for reimbursements. -Property Preparation: Turning on all lights, opening blinds to let in natural light, and adjusting the temperature to ensure the home is comfortable and inviting. -Staging & Materials: Setting up marketing materials, property brochures, and sign-in sheets to streamline guest interactions and promote the listing. Clean up Services Include: -Clean Up: Clearing away food and beverage items, disposing of trash, and tidying up common areas. -Property Closing: Turning off lights, closing blinds, and locking up the property to ensure everything is secure after the event. Sample Schedule for an Open House: 1h to 30min before : Arrive for setup (You choose) 12:00 PM: Begin setup and leave when completed 1:00 PM: Realtor starts open house 4:00 PM: Return to the property for cleanup 4:30 PM: Cleanup complete and property secured Before checkout please put the following in the "Notes" box: * Property address in "Address" * DRE# * Option 1 or 2 of "Food & Beverage setup" * The time you would like me to arrive ***Any additional payments/reimbursements due at end of services If you prefer a time that isn’t currently listed on the calendar, please feel free to contact me via text to arrange an alternative. -Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advanced. -Final payment is due upon service completion.
